We are looking for a proactive and organized HR executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and basic HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring high-performing staff, maintaining employee records, onboarding new team members, and supporting daily HR functions.Key Responsibilities:
1. Post jobs and manage recruitment pipeline across platforms (Internshala, Naukri, LinkedIn)
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds
3. Coordinate with department heads for interviews and hiring needs
4. Maintain employee database and performance tracking
5. Organize onboarding, induction, and training sessions
6. Support payroll coordination, attendance, and basic compliance
7. Plan employee engagement activities and feedback initiatives
