Key responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s workforce needs.
Coordinating with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure the right talent fit.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement
Maintaining a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring company policies are followed.
Organizing activities, feedback systems, and surveys to enhance employee morale and engagement.
3. Policy Implementation and Compliance
Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies in accordance with labor laws and company goals.
Ensuring legal compliance related to employment standards, safety, benefits, and workplace conduct.
