Key Responsibilities:A. Recruitment Support
1. Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
2. Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.
B. HR Administration
1. Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g., attendance, leave, contracts).
2. Prepare HR documents like employment contracts, offer letters, and notices.

C. Payroll and Benefits Assistance
1. Collect and verify attendance and leave data for payroll.
2. Support benefits enrollment and respond to basic benefits-related queries.
D. Employee Relations
1. Act as a point of contact for employee questions about HR policies.
2. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities or surveys.
E. Compliance and Policy Support
1. Help ensure HR policies are followed and assist with audits or compliance tracking.
2. Stay up to date on labor laws and internal policy changes.
F. Training and Development Support
1. Schedule training sessions and track employee participation.
2. Assist in maintaining training records and materials.
G. HR Reporting
1. Generate basic HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave usage).
2. Support data collection for HR analytics.
