About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both full-time and internship positions, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
2. Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
3. Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other recruitment channels to source top talent
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
5. Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee performance
6. Identify training needs through performance assessments and feedback mechanisms
7. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
8. Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve training materials and delivery methods
9. Oversee HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping
10. Manage HRIS (human resources information system) and ensure data accuracy and integrity
11. Process HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports
12. Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits
13. Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and practices
14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects such as performance management systems, diversity and inclusion initiatives, or employee engagement programs
