About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Maintain accurate employee records, leave management, and attendance tracking.
3. Coordinate payroll processing in collaboration with the accounts team.
4. Draft, review, and update HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
5. Plan and execute employee engagement activities (festivals, events, team-building).
6. Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure healthy workplace relations.
7. Support performance appraisal processes and training programs.
8. Prepare periodic HR reports for management.
