Key Responsibilities:1. Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
2. Maintaining candidate databases and HR spreadsheets
3. Posting jobs on portals and social media
4. Supporting onboarding and documentation activities
5. Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and surveys
6. Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team
7. Coordinating with candidates and updating interview status
