About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms)
2. Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for interview scheduling and follow-ups
3. Handle onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities of new employees
4. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and database systems
5. Address basic employee queries and ensure timely resolution/escalation
6. Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities
7. Prepare reports related to HR metrics, attrition, Training, and recruitment status
8. Coordinate learning programs and monitor their effectiveness.
9. Handle the entire learning lifecycle on LMS, from rollouts and troubleshooting to gathering user feedback
