About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. IT Recruitment (70%)
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future IT hiring needs (developers, QA, DevOps, data, etc.)
2. Draft and publish compelling job descriptions and job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards)
3. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals)
4. Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate with technical panels for interviews
5. Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and provide regular hiring reports
6. Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process, from scheduling to offer rollout and onboarding
7. Build a strong talent pipeline for critical IT roles
B. Office Engagement (30%)
1. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives (festivals, birthdays, team-building sessions)
2. Drive internal communication campaigns and newsletters to enhance employee involvement
3. Work with leadership to build a positive, inclusive, and fun workplace culture
4. Support onboarding programs to enhance the new hire experience
5. Assist in employee feedback collection and coordination of HR initiatives like pulse surveys, recognition programs, etc.
