About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in posting job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings of candidates
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics
4. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system
5. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation materials
6. Help prepare and organize orientation sessions for new employees
7. Ensure all new hire documentation is complete and filed appropriately
8. Maintain and update employee records, including personal information and documentation
9. Assist in organizing and filing HR documents and records
10. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
11. Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, HR policy reviews, and diversity and inclusion programs
12. Conduct research and contribute ideas for improving HR processes
13. Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
14. Keep up-to-date with HR laws and regulations
