Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations — from recruitment & onboarding to employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.
The role will focus on sales hiring but will also cover IT & operations recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage the complete hiring cycle – posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
✅ Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
✅ Maintain employee records, contracts, NDAs, and HR documentation
✅ Organize induction, engagement activities, and feedback sessions
✅ Support quarterly performance reviews and growth plans
✅ Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (UAE knowledge is a plus)
Requirements
Bachelor’s in HR/Business Administration or related field
1–3 years HR experience (Sales hiring experience is a plus)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Familiar with Google Workspace & HR tools
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
