A human resources supervisor at Urja Talents, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment for our team. Your proficiency in written and spoken English will ensure that you can effectively convey important information and address any HR-related issues that may arise.Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance
3. Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes, including interviewing and hiring new employees.
4. Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts in a timely and respectful manner.
5. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
6. Oversee performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
7. Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities within the organization.
