About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in sourcing candidates and screening resumes
2. Schedule interviews and maintain interview trackers
3. Support the onboarding process for new employees
4. Maintain and update employee records and databases
5. Assist in organising HR events, team activities, and employee engagement programs
6. Support HR in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
7. Help coordinate training sessions and track attendance
8. Participate in audits and ensure HR documentation is complete and accurate
9. Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
1. Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
6. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
