About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct one-on-one and group tutoring sessions focused on the IELTS Speaking module.
2. Assess students’ speaking proficiency and identify improvement areas.
3. Create customized lesson plans and materials tailored to individual learning needs and language levels.
4. Provide detailed and constructive feedback on grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency, and coherence.
5. Use varied teaching methodologies and engaging resources to enhance student participation and retention.
6. Guide students on the structure, format, and expectations of the IELTS Speaking exam.
7. Administer mock speaking tests to simulate exam conditions and track progress.
8. Encourage and motivate students to overcome speaking challenges and build confidence.
9. Stay updated with the latest changes and trends in IELTS assessment criteria and incorporate them into sessions.
10. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
