About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Engage and educate inquiries digitally: Deliver project walkthroughs via Zoom/Google Meet when physical visits are not possible, using digital brochures and video content.
2. Manage micro-segmented lead buckets: Categorize leads based on buyer personas (e.g., investor, end-user, NRI, first-time buyer) and tailor communication strategies accordingly.
3. Data hygiene and lead scoring: Ensure CRM data integrity by regularly auditing lead stages, removing junk leads, and scoring inquiries based on interaction history.
4. Trigger-based follow-up Execution: Implement intelligent follow-ups based on customer behavior triggers- like brochure download, site visit confirmation, or link clicks.
5. Cross-team sync-up meetings: Participate in daily huddles with site sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and smoother client handovers.
6. Social media lead engagement: Nurture leads generated via Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn by engaging them directly through platform-integrated chats or CRM syncing tools.
7. Inventory positioning strategy: Understand the best-selling inventory and highlight urgency in conversations by presenting real-time unit availability insights.
8. Cold database reactivation: Reconnect with past inquiries or inactive databases through structured re-engagement campaigns and time-limited offers.
