About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven inside sales executive to join our sales team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, understanding customer needs, providing product information, and closing sales deals over the phone or via email/chat.Key Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to potential and existing customers via calls, emails, or online platforms to promote products or services
2. Understand customer requirements and provide solutions using in-depth knowledge of the product/service
3. Manage and update the customer database (CRM) with all sales activities
4. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
6. Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams to generate qualified leads
7. Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally
8. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
9. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and order forms as needed
10. Provide feedback on customer needs
