Key Responsibilities:A. Outbound lead generation & prospecting:
1. Initiate outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails to reach potential customers
2. Identify buying signals, pitch product benefits, and generate interest in Frido’s offerings
3. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
B. Sales conversion & customer interaction :
1. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products from our catalog
2. Persuasively communicate product value propositions and close sales
3. Ensure follow-ups are timely and customer queries are resolved professionally
C. CRM & reporting:
1. Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools
2. Track performance metrics including call volume, conversion rate, and revenue generation
3. Share regular updates with the team to align on progress and strategy
