Designation: International Business Development Executive (3 Months Probation – Potential Full-Time Role)

Salary during Probation period: 10K + Incentive based upon performance
Shift : USA Shift (5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST)
Full-Time Opportunity: Yes, after 3 months
Salary after Probation: 28K per month + Incentive based upon performance
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Interview Timing: 5:00 PM - 8 PM

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Actively seeking out new international business opportunities through networking and social media.
2. Discovering International Business (dealing in IT hardware equipment’s like Laptops, Desktops, etc.) through Online Web Research, Email marketing, Social Media Marketing and initiate partnerships.
3. Negotiating with International Clients
4. Conducting online market research to identify selling/purchasing possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
5. Analyze market and delivery trends to implement change and develop procurement/sales strategies Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
6. Strong focus on continuously meeting and exceeding business goals.
7. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team.

Qualification and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, servers, and other IT Assets.
3. Familiarity with social media platforms (Linked-In, Facebook, Instagram) for business purpose.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
