Key Responsibilities:1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent
3. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates
4. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role
5. Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate records
6. Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing updates
8. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the IT landscape to enhance recruitment strategies
9. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent
