About the Job
We’re a culture-first content studio crafting visual storytelling at the intersection of wellness, sustainability, and branding. From hype reels to ad films, brand IPs to events- we work with purpose-driven brands and creative disruptors across food, fashion, health, and art & textiles. We're now looking for a creative producer who can take the reins on the production end-to-end- from ideation to execution- and scale with us.Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative ownership: Collaborate with creative, strategy and social media teams to ensure high-performing content
2. Tracking & reporting: Managing & Keeping track of team workflows, tracking systems and analytics to ensure they’re being supported, supervised, and managed as per timelines
3. Content production lead: Assist in the planning, scripting, and production of engaging visual and written content for social media, digital campaigns, and video projects
4. Collaboration & project management: Coordinate with in-house & freelance videographers, editors, social media managers, & graphic designers to ensure seamless execution of projects as per social calendar
6. Quality checks & feedback loops: Review and refine graphic and video output, understand briefs, and translate feedback into actionable changes

3. Experiment with IPs, films, docu-style storytelling, and social-led formats
4. Work directly with founders & clients who believe in storytelling that changes culture
