About the Job
The junior business development executive will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth in the digital marketing sector. The primary responsibility is to make a high volume of outbound sales calls- approximately 100 per day- to prospective clients, generate qualified leads, and achieve set revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make a minimum of 100 outbound sales calls daily to prospective and existing clients, introducing digital marketing services and solutions.
2. Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and convert prospects into revenue-generating clients within the digital marketing arena.
3. Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, pipeline status, and outcomes within CRM systems.
4. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue generation targets.
5. Explain digital marketing products and services (such as SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising) clearly and persuasively.
6. Build rapport with prospects, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
7. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are delivered.
8. Prepare and submit daily reports on call activity and lead status to the manager.
9. Continuously update knowledge of digital marketing trends to address client needs and stay ahead of industry developments.
