We partner with businesses that are both digital-first and digital-averse to generate qualified, repeatable and scalable results.Key Responsibilities:
1. Undergo a training period where you work with the company’s veteran to understand and familiarize yourself with internal processes.
2. Train primarily on ads execution for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
3. Learn how to approach performance marketing, define campaign objectives, implement optimizations, and more.
4. Work directly with a Senior Executive in execution.
5. Handle your own portfolio of clients for whom you will be solely responsible.
6. Write ad copy, launch advertising campaigns, manage day-to-day campaign operations, perform data analytics activities, and execute client onboarding processes.
7. Fine-tune your skills to increase work capacity and effectiveness.
8. Start managing more diverse projects and accounts across geographies with the objective of scaling vertically.
9. Collaborate with the rest of the team on intriguing problem statements and see them through from inception to execution.
10. Stay focused on the company’s relentless pursuit of perfection.
11. Be responsible for streamlining, strengthening, and growing the revenue from your portfolio of clients.
