About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Sales Executive (Women Only) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of prior experience in sales, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to meet sales targets efficiently. This role involves field or tele-sales, client interaction, lead follow-ups, and report generation. Candidates should not own a laptop, as company systems and devices may be provided or are not required for this role.Key responsibilities:
1. Engage with potential clients through field visits, calls, or online platforms
2. Manage leads, follow up, and convert prospects into clients
3. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
5. Provide feedback and market insights to the sales manager
6. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding
Must-have qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (field or tele-sales)
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
5. Female candidates only
6. Candidate must not own a laptop
