2. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
3. Ensuring quality service by following the organization's standards
4. Ensure zero monetary losses by cancellation of liabilities and timely collections
5. Ensure minimal risk-related exposure for the organization by doing all necessary due diligence.
6. Ensure compliance with systems and processes as per audit requirements.
7. Ensuring Business Losses are reduced.
8. Attending to customer escalations and resolving them in a timely manner.
9. Identify new revenue generation opportunities for distribution expansion and ensure repeat business opportunities
10. Understanding the market and gaining competition insights and accordingly changing plans and strategy
