About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan and execute content calendars across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
2. Create compelling static and video content (reels, stories, carousels, etc.) aligned with brand tone
3. Write clear, creative captions and engage with comments/messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
4. Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to highlight key campaigns, product launches, and partnerships
5. Use tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma to design posts and visuals
6. Edit short-form videos using basic tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or Canva)
7. Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest improvements
8. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant
