About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist in social media management.
2. Strategize, schedule, and manage daily posts and reels on Instagram (primary), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
3. Monitor trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to optimize visibility and reach.
4. Work on content creation.
5. Collaborate with the team to plan and produce high-quality, architecture-relevant content, including behind-the-scenes videos, site visits, walkthroughs, before-and-after makeovers, tips, trends, and client stories.
6. Edit videos and graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or InShort.
7. Engage with followers, respond to DMs and comments, and create interactive stories, polls, and Q&A sessions.
8. Analyze and report weekly/monthly insights on engagement, reach, and follower growth.
9. Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns to reach new followers.
10. Propose creative reels/viral formats to organically boost views and follows.
11. Video Editing and hooks creation.
Role Overview: We are looking for a driven and creative Social Media Executive to spearhead our content strategy and significantly grow our presence on Instagram and other digital platforms. The goal is to build a loyal and engaged community and grow our Instagram followers to 10,000+ in the next 1 year through compelling content, reels, and campaigns.
