Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and connect with influencers aligned with brand values and audience
2. Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and deliverables with influencers and agencies
3. Develop and execute influencer campaigns to drive awareness and sales
4. Track performance metrics and ROI of influencer collaborations
5. Coordinate with content, marketing, and product teams to align messaging
6. Maintain long-term relationships with top-performing influencers
7. Stay updated with influencer trends and industry developments
8. Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass media, or a related field
9. Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer or digital marketing
10. Demonstrate experience working in beauty, skincare, or personal care brands preferred
11. Display strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
12. Show familiarity with influencer discovery and campaign tracking tools
13. Manage multiple collaborations simultaneously
