About the Job
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s online presence. This role involves end-to-end management of our social media platforms, ensuring aesthetic appeal, brand alignment, engaging content, and active audience interaction. The ideal candidate is both a visual storyteller and a digital strategist who can grow our online community meaningfullyKey Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Management: Plan, ideate, and create visually compelling and brand-aligned content (static, video, carousel, reels).
2. Write engaging and on-brand captions, hashtags, and post copy. Coordinate with designers, photographers, or use Canva/other tools for daily content.
3. Page Aesthetics & Curation: Maintain the visual look and feel of the Instagram/Facebook/other pages.
4. Ensure cohesive feed layout, brand colors, font styles, and storytelling flow.
5. Scheduling & Posting, managing, and executing the content calendar.
6. Schedule regular posts across platforms using tools like Meta Suite, Later, or Buffer.
7. Community Engagement, Monitor DMs and comments to ensure prompt and professional interactions.
8. Grow engagement through polls, Q&A, reposts, and trending conversations.
9. Strategy & Insights
10. Work with the core team to brainstorm campaign ideas, promotions, and festive tie-ins.
11. Analyze insights and metrics to refine content strategy and improve reach and engagement.
