About the Job
DigitalWebity is looking for a passionate and proactive Junior Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to build brand presence, execute campaigns, and engage with audiences across platforms.A. Content Creation & Scheduling:
1. Assist in creating engaging content (posts, reels, stories) tailored to each platform.
2. Schedule and publish posts consistently using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
B: Community Engagement:
1. Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions across platforms.
2. Respond to queries and interact with followers to build brand loyalty.
C: Performance Tracking & Reporting:
1. Track KPIs like engagement, reach, follower growth, and click-through rates.
2. Assist in preparing weekly/monthly performance reports.
D: Trend Research & Ideation:
1. Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and formats.
2. Suggest creative campaign ideas and seasonal content strategies.
E: Collaboration with Design & Marketing Teams:
1. Work closely with designers, photographers, and the senior marketing team to ensure cohesive branding.
