| Recruiter – Non-IT Hiring | NoidaWe are hiring a full-time Recruiter with experience in Non-IT hiring & IT Hiring, including blue-collar and mid-level roles across industries.
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Position: Full-time

Experience:
0–1+ years in recruitment
Interns with hands-on experience in hiring are also welcome to apply
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
2. Source candidates through job portals, databases, and social media
3. Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and coordinate with internal teams
4. Manage urgent requirements independently
5. Maintain recruitment reports in Excel.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong knowledge of sourcing & screening techniques
Hands-on experience with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
