About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the company.
2. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure strong cultural and skill alignment.
3. Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, and referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
4. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
5. Build strong relationships with candidates, provide a positive recruitment experience, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
6. Work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles, interview processes, and expectations.
7. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
