About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Contribute to the company's success by effectively managing its clients
2. Work on being the SPOC (single person of contact) for our existing clients
3. Work on successful training and implementation of our solutions in new client locations
4. Work on assisting client's queries over email, calls, and messages
5. Work on looking into complaints and coordinating with clients to resolve their issues
6. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the client's issues
7. Work on determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution
8. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing client information
9. Ensure timely deliveries and replacements & visit the client's location for successful implementation
10. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
11. Work on generating product ideas to reduce the number of queries & solve the pain points of customers
12. Participate in innovation and find new ways that are more efficient in terms of operations
13. Work on training clients about existing products over calls
Who can apply: Previous experience in customer success/operations roles is preferred.
Note: Rotational shift timings between 6 AM-3 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, 2 PM-11 PM, and 10 PM-6 AM
