As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, promoting our products, and providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the benefits of our products.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
3. Maintain a database of customer information using MS Excel for future follow-ups.
4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team leader.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Conduct surveys over the phone to gather feedback and improve our services.
7. Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
