Key responsibilities:1. Understand customer travel needs and suggest appropriate travel packages.
2. Make bookings for flights, hotels, visas, insurance, sightseeing, and transfers.
3. Handle client queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
4. Prepare customized domestic and international tour itineraries.
5. Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for bookings and confirmations.
6. Maintain client records, follow-up for payments, and post-trip feedback.
7. Resolve any client complaints or last-minute issues efficiently.
8. Stay updated on latest travel trends, destinations, and visa policies.
