About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and evaluate the best automation and AI tools suitable for various departments, including sales, marketing, and support
2. Implement and manage CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, and Pipedrive to streamline customer relationships and lead management
3. Deploy and maintain proposal generation tools like PandaDoc and Better Proposals
4. Implement one-page and no-code website building tools, including Carrd and Webflow
5. Set up and integrate AI chatbots on websites using platforms such as Tidio, Chatbase, and Intercom
6. Enhance UI/UX through tools like Hotjar, Crazy Egg, and AI-based web improvement platforms
7. Use automation platforms such as Zapier and Make/Integromat to connect apps and automate workflows
8. Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure smooth tool adoption
9. Troubleshoot issues and train staff on how to use the new tools effectively
Requirements:
1. Possess in-depth knowledge of SaaS and no-code tools
2. Demonstrate experience in tool integration and automation workflows
3. Have a basic understanding of APIs and webhooks
4. Show strong problem-solving and implementation skills
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency
6. Communicate effectively and possess strong training skills
7. Hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
8. Possess certification in automation tools or platforms as a plus
9. Have prior experience in a similar implementation-focused role
