About the Job

Key responsibilities:

1. ●Hospital Relationship Management: Act as the single point of contact between the hospital and Prodoc AI, ensuring seamless collaboration and high responsiveness.
2. ● Digital Presence Management: Manage and continuously optimize the hospital’s online presence, including Google listings, social media platforms, and third-party directories.
3. ● Content Coordination: Curate and coordinate content creation, including doctor profiles, patient testimonials, treatment highlights, and seasonal campaigns.
4. ● Lead Management: Track leads generated through Prodoc AI’s channels and coordinate with them to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
5. ● Reporting & Analytics: Maintain and share weekly reports on lead performance, content engagement, and digital activity metrics.
6. ● Tool & Workflow Support: Assist hospital teams in using Prodoc AI’s platform effectively, including training staff on workflows and resolving usage issues. 
7. ● Feedback & Insights: Gather feedback from hospital teams and patients to recommend strategies that enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
