About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Carry out full-time field work to identify patients unable to afford treatment.
2. Conduct door-to-door outreach, community mobilization, and referrals via clinics and hospitals, health workers, and local institutions
3. Collect and screen patient data (financial status, medical need) for eligibility.
4. Educate families on available support and coordinate documentation.
5. Maintain detailed outreach logs, referral tracking, and submit weekly/monthly reports.
6. Participate in local awareness events or medical camps where required.
7. Travel daily across urban/peri-urban neighborhoods—full field working with no fixed office presence.
8. Use an Android smartphone (mandatory) for data collection, reporting, and tracking.
9. Adhere to 8-hour work days, Monday–Saturday; one fixed weekly off day.
10. Salary tied to performance: Pay based on number of patients sourced and processed.
