Key responsibilities :
1. Training Design & Delivery:
Design and deliver engaging learning modules (classroom, virtual, blended) based on training needs analysis in collaboration with stakeholders.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics, and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
2. LMS Management:
Manage LMS content, user roles, and learning paths; ensure smooth navigation and access control.
Track learning progress, resolve technical issues, and support upgrades through testing and feedback collection.
3. Coordination & Communication:
Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to align learning plans with business needs and communicate training calendars effectively.
Maintain accurate training records, ensure compliance documentation is up to date and support learning engagement.
4. Innovation & Improvement:
Stay current with L&D trends and implement innovative strategies to enhance learner experience and engagement.
Support digital learning, gamification, and other modern learning initiatives to promote continuous development.
