About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Client engagement: Connect with prospective property buyers to understand their investment goals and homeownership aspirations.
2. Needs analysis: Evaluate client requirements and recommend the most suitable property options accordingly.
3. Relationship management: Build long-term client relationships while maintaining smooth coordination with real estate developers and internal stakeholders.
4. Follow-up & site visit coordination: Ensure timely follow-ups and promptly schedule property site tours based on client interest.
5. On-site presence & client assistance: Be physically present at the project site to assist clients during visits, address their queries on the spot, and provide a guided property tour experience.
6. Project communication: Provide clients with clear, accurate, and up-to-date information on relevant real estate projects.
7. Client support & sales closure: Deliver high-quality assistance throughout the sales journey, with a strong focus on achieving successful deal closures.
8. Market intelligence: Stay informed about new property launches, changing market trends, and competitor developments to stay competitive.
9. CRM & record management: Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all client interactions and progress throughout the sales cycle.
10. End-to-end sales support: Guide buyers at every stage of the property acquisition process to ensure a smooth, transparent experience.
11. Performance & target achievement: Consistently work towards meeting individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
