About the Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Will oversee quality control measures to guarantee adherence to established standards and ensure processes meet defined quality benchmarks.
2. Job Analysis and Design – Analyze information about a job’s tasks, responsibilities, duties, and requirements to be created by the HR team.
3. Administration Support – Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
4. Onboarding Support – Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
5. Organization Policy Development – Help in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as needed.
6. Coaching/Training & Development – Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking attendance.
7. Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity – Participate in cultural sensitivity training programs or workshops to enhance awareness and understanding of cultural diversity in the workplace.
8. Employee Records Maintenance – Assist in maintaining employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
9. Performance Assessment – Support the performance management process by tracking appraisal timelines, compiling feedback, and maintaining records using HRM and/or PMS tools.
10. Meet with management teams to discuss performance reports, goals, priorities, and expectations.
11. Communicate important updates, messages, and expectations to team members.
12. Monitor team members' performance and productivity.
13. Create reports for management teams.
14. Supervise daily activities to ensure quality and proper completion of allocated tasks.
15. Create schedules; delegate assignments and tasks.
16. Discuss performance with individual team members; provide support to employees who are new or struggling to complete their work.
17. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners; support managers and team leaders in day-to-day tasks and projects.
18. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects or initiatives.
19. Work on inventory management.
20. Attend staff meetings and record meeting minutes when applicable.
