About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Deliver pre-sales technical demos and standard presentations showcasing the capabilities of PTC Creo or other software
2. Conduct one-on-one interactions with customers to understand their requirements and provide customized technical demos
3. Support sales executives with technical inputs to help close sales deals
4. Perform configuration and installation of Creo or other software at the customer's site
5. Provide customer-specific training sessions at their premises
6. Offer technical support and solutions for customer queries, either onsite or via remote access
7. Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong professional relationships
