About the Job
Perform market research and competitor analysis to provide data-driven insights that shape Impacteers' product and offerings, roadmap, go-to-market plans, and partnership strategy. You will track market trends, benchmark competitors, and deliver concise reports that guide leadership decisions.Key Responsibilities:
1. Market research:
a. Perform market research on EdTech, HR-Tech, career-development and job market trends (product/offerings, pricing moves, jobs market, emerging trends)
b. Run primary surveys and secondary desk research to validate seeker/learner and employer needs
2. Competitor analysis:
a. Perform competitor analysis covering product features, courses, vendors, programs, positioning, pricing, and differentiators from career development platforms
b. Perform competitor analysis for all departments (product, operations, marketing and growth teams)
3. Strategy development support:
a. Translate research findings into clear opportunity/risk briefs for new product features, target segments, and geographies and contribute to various business models
4. Partner & vendor coordination:
a. Identify potential content, assessment, and technology providers for partnerships b. Liaise between internal stakeholders and partners through communications as a POC
5. Reporting management:
a. Create and manage research and analysis reports for stakeholders and progress tracking
b. Present insights to leadership and cross-functional leaders for strategy development
