About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Find new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients in the B2B/enterprise space.
2. Connect with senior professionals like HR heads, L&D managers, business heads, and CHROs to introduce our services and set up meetings.
3. Use strategies like cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to increase the number of meetings and leads.
4. Keep an organized list of potential clients and manage leads using CRM tools.
5. Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and alignment on outreach plans.
6. Help create and improve communication tools like pitch decks, email templates, and marketing materials.
7. Track and report how well outreach efforts are working, and suggest ways to improve results.
8. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to improve strategies and find new opportunities.
