About the Job
We’re an IT services and staff-augmentation company based in Mumbai, helping international clients scale with skilled technical teams. We’re looking for a motivated fresher to support our business growth through structured digital outreach.Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in target sectors such as software development, IT support, outsourcing, and staff augmentation.
2. Conduct outbound outreach using personalized LinkedIn messages, cold emails, and, optionally, phone calls to initiate and nurture conversations.
3. Maintain meticulous records of leads, outreach attempts, and follow-up status in Excel, Google Sheets, or a CRM system.
4. Monitor outreach performance- track response and conversion rates- and prepare regular reports to assess effectiveness.
5. Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers of qualified prospects.
6. Support campaign ideation by refining target criteria, drafting message templates, and suggesting optimizations.
7. Conduct basic company and prospect research to enhance targeting accuracy and outreach quality.
