About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Set up, Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) platforms for performance and brand objectives.
2. Develop and manage full-funnel ad strategies-awareness, engagement, retargeting, and conversion.
3. Monitor daily performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc.) and optimize campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI.
4. Work closely with the creative and brand team to suggest creative direction and briefs for ad content (videos, carousels, reels, UGC, etc.).
5. Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and audience segments.
Build custom and lookalike audiences from pixel data, email lists, website traffic, and engagement.
6. Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
7. Stay up to date with Meta platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
8. Collaborate with the e-commerce and website team to align landing pages and user journeys with ad objectives.
9. Work within allocated ad budgets and ensure cost-effective scaling.
10 Run and manage campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
11. Identify high-intent keywords, manage bids, and improve Quality Score to optimize performance.
12. Regularly optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce cost per conversion.
13. Perform keyword research to support content and product listing optimization.
Audit website for technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes with the development team.
14. Optimize meta tags, page titles, descriptions, and on-page content for target keywords.
15. Track rankings, impressions, and organic traffic growth using Google Search Console and SEO tools.
