Key Responsibility1. Perform accurate data entry for life insurance policies, quotations, and endorsements.
2. Assist in policy servicing activities including renewals, changes, and cancellations.
3. Support quotation generation and documentation for new business.
4. Maintain and update business reports, dashboards, and MIS.
5. Log and track policies in internal systems ensuring proper record-keeping.
6. Coordinate effectively with sales, underwriting, and customer service teams for smooth operations.
7. Follow up on pending documentation and ensure TAT adherence.
8. Assist in auditing and compliance-related documentation when required.
