About the Job
Working on support and services we provide to our suppliers, as a part of the supply operations team, your goal is to maintain consistent support for our suppliers, regional heads, and coordinators. You will play a key role in getting product listings and venue descriptions on the website. For the right candidates, it’s an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in supplier coordination, product listing and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fun, and hard-working scale-up.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting, advising, and supporting our suppliers during the onboarding process and in maintaining their products.
2. Working closely with the regional coordinators and ensuring that content, descriptions, calendars, images, and pricing for popular events or temporary exhibitions are up-to-date on the product page.
3. Ensuring that the details of the venues are displayed correctly in the most optimal way on our website.
4. Ensuring real-time updates for the experience availability of the venue and the sales availability of the venue.
5. Executing quality checks in the product listing part.
