About the Job
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our operations team in a project management (PMC) and site supervision capacity.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage on-site execution, vendor coordination, material records, and quality checks
2. Target candidates looking to grow into roles involving project execution and PMC
3. Track project timelines and coordinate day-to-day work progress on-site
4. Ensure timely delivery of materials and communicate with the sourcing team for any gaps
5. Work closely with carpenters, fabricators, and other vendors to align work schedules
6. Monitor installation quality based on checklists and drawing references
7. Share photo or video updates from the site and maintain basic documentation
8. Support vendor follow-ups, snag rectifications, and project closure routines
9. Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times
10. Record measurements, update work logs, and report key issues proactively
