About the Job
You will undergo a comprehensive, hands-on training program focusing on essential operational functions and business fundamentals. Under the mentorship of an experienced founding team, you will gain in-depth exposure to the end-to-end processes involved in running a successful food service business.Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate fully in daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory management, and supervising team members.
2. Assist in designing and executing operational processes, including inventory handling and logistics, to maximize efficiency and quality.
3. Support in the development and implementation of procedures for store operations.
4. Contribute to staff training and development initiatives.
5. Maintain the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.
6. Engage with customers to gather feedback and drive continuous service improvement.
7. Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
8. Proactively learn and apply best practices in restaurant operations throughout the training program.
