About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Full P&L Ownership: You will be responsible for the entire Profit & Loss statement for the business. Your primary objective is to drive the company to sustained profitability.
2. Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize all RAAS (Rental as a Service), FAAS (Farming as a Service) operations, TAAS (Taxi as a Service), ensuring a 5-star guest experience and maximum efficiency across all properties.
3. Project Execution: Lead the successful, on-time, and on-budget launch of all our new growth projects, including our new boutique cottages, a luxury dog retreat, and the expansion into the Haldwani market.
4. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and build our talented on-the-ground team, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and data-driven decision-making.
5. System Building: Implement and continuously refine our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), using technology and data to create a business that can scale efficiently.
