Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions with mid- and senior-level professionals to address behavioural and leadership challenges.
2. Use psychometric insights and behavioural frameworks to diagnose development areas and tailor interventions.
3. Guide individuals through challenges like low confidence, people management struggles, conflict avoidance, or fear of visibility.
4. Facilitate sessions focused on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and high-stakes workplace communication.
5. Track learner progress, provide structured feedback, and adapt strategies based on evolving needs.
6. Collaborate with the training and learning teams to align psychological insights with skill-based modules.
7. Maintain professional boundaries while fostering a safe and growth-oriented coaching space.
